Lynda Berge Disser
Chief Prosperity Officer
Lynda Berge Disser has been raising money successfully for non-profits for over 30 years. In that time, she has written and developed grant proposals that have brought in over $100 million from foundations, corporations, and government sources. She created Paper Crane Funding Solutions to bring more funding to social impact non-profits.
Specializing in program development, Lynda works with clients to create or refine programs and successfully raise funds for them. Lynda is also an expert facilitator and frequently works with foundations and their grantees to address community issues collaboratively. After graduating from Kalamazoo College, she got her start in community development as the Executive Director of an affordable housing development organization in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Lynda has worked at the national and local levels in Flint, Detroit, Baltimore, Washington DC, Philadelphia, New York, Richmond, Virginia, and Lancaster, Ohio.
Most recently, Lynda wrote a successful proposal for the City of Lancaster, Ohio for a U.S. Department of Transportation RAISE (now BUILD) planning grant for $800,000.
